"Huge shoutout to these guys! Talked with Ashley, and she got right on it! We were involved in a small accident yesterday, and when we called they were right on top of everything, with such kindness and professionalism. In a matter of seconds we had a claim started, and in minutes already had scheduled our repairs, a rental, and an investigation. "Managing broker Michael Sargent and his incompetent agents have caused my family to have to endure thousands of dollars of legal costs because of their inability to professionally execute their jobs. You would be better off taking a coffee can and shoving it full of money. Then burying it in your backyard and relying on it as a life insurance policy. Then you would by ever purchasing a policy through these guys. It has been almost 6 months since we attempted to file our claim and because of their error to begin with, it has started a long drawn out legal process. I cannot be more disappointed with such a large company and the agents that represent them. I wish there was a zero out of five stars that I could give because I would."
